1病例报告患者男,32岁。运输机飞行员,累计飞行1500h。主因健康疗养入院。既往体检发现双眼视网膜色素变性3年余,无视力下降和视野改变,无夜盲症状。在体系医院复查,视力、视野、暗适应时间及视网膜电图均正常。本次入院检查,视力右眼1.2、左眼1.5,双外眼正常,屈光间质清晰;眼底检查示双眼视盘色泽正常,边界清,视网膜血管无明显变细,双眼下方视网膜距
1 case report Patient male, 32 years old. Transport aircraft pilot, accumulated flight 1500h. The main hospital for health care admission. Past physical examination found that binocular retinitis pigmentosa more than 3 years, no decline in visual acuity and visual field changes, no night blindness symptoms. In the system of hospital review, vision, vision, dark adaptation time and electroretinography were normal. The admission examination, visual acuity of the right eye 1.2, left eye 1.5, double outer eyes normal, clear refractive interstitial; fundus examination showed normal binocular optic disc color, the border clear, retinal blood vessels no significant thinning, binocular retinal distance
