目的通过对尿碘检测结果误差分析,找出实验过程中存在问题,提高检测质量。方法采用尿碘快速定量检测试剂盒法,对203份尿样标本连续6天进行6次检测,并对结果精密度进行分析。结果 203份尿样中,RSD>10%的共有19份,占总标本数的9.4%;其中,每份尿样的6次检测结果中均有1个偏离平均值较大。结论淮安市实验室尿碘检测能力基本满足尿碘监测需要,检测结果的4个主要影响因素为试管的清洁度、加样的精确度、实验温度、突变点的确定,需要加强控制,确保实验室尿碘检测质量。
Objective To analyze the error of urinary iodine test results to find out the problems existed in the experiment and improve the test quality. Methods Urine iodine rapid quantitative detection kit method, 203 urine samples for 6 days for 6 tests, and the results of the precision analysis. Results Of 203 urine samples, 19 samples with RSD> 10% accounted for 9.4% of the total samples. Among them, 1 out of 6 samples of each urine sample deviated from the average value. Conclusions The urinary iodine detection ability of laboratory in Huai’an basically meets the need of urinary iodine monitoring. The four main influencing factors of test result are the cleanliness of the test tube, the precision of adding sample, the experiment temperature and the determination of mutation point.
