[目的 /意义]探讨电子资源使用监控与统计系统的数据获取质量评估方法,为提升数据准确性和可靠性提供依据,为高校图书馆评估和应用此类系统提供参考。[方法 /过程]分析数据质量评估的内容、指标和难点,对数据质量评估的3种主要方法进行介绍,并结合北京大学图书馆的实践对其作用和局限进行探讨。[结果/结论]从信息丰度、准确性、及时性等指标对北京大学图书馆评估结果进行总结,并从应用范围、数据监测反馈、原始流量保存等几个方面对系统下一步应用提出建议。
[Purpose / Significance] To explore the method of data acquisition quality assessment of electronic resource monitoring and statistical system, to provide a basis for improving the accuracy and reliability of data and to provide a reference for university library assessment and application of such system. [Method / Process] The content, indicators and difficulties of data quality assessment are analyzed. Three main methods for data quality assessment are introduced, and their roles and limitations are discussed based on the practice of Peking University Library. [Results / Conclusion] This paper summarizes the evaluation results of Peking University Library from the aspects of information abundance, accuracy and timeliness, and makes suggestions on the application of the system from several aspects such as application scope, data monitoring feedback and original traffic preservation .
