分别采用土培和水培法测定了不同含量胺苯磺隆对玉米根、芽和茎叶生长的影响。结果表明 :土培 1 5天 ,胺苯磺隆对玉米根鲜重和干重的I50 分别为 5.69ng/g和 1 6.1 8ng/ g ,IC10 分别为0 1 4ng/ g和 0 42ng/g。对玉米茎叶鲜重和干重的抑制率低于对根鲜重和干重的抑制率。水培 4天 ,胺苯磺隆对玉米根鲜重的IC50 和IC10 分别为 1 7.0 4ng/ml和 1 .37ng/ml。胺苯磺隆对玉米根鲜重的抑制灵敏度高 ,线性关系好。以根鲜重为指标采用土培法分别测定了油菜田连续两年使用不同剂量胺苯磺隆、后茬作物栽种前土壤中胺苯磺隆的残留量。
The effects of different content of ethametsulfuron on the growth of corn root, shoot and stem were measured by soil culture and hydroponics respectively. The results showed that the I50 of emamethamine on fresh weight and dry weight of corn was 5.69ng / g and 6.161ng / g, respectively, with IC10 of 0 1 4ng / g and 0 42ng / g, respectively. The inhibition rate on fresh weight and dry weight of stems and leaves of corn was lower than that of fresh weight and dry weight of roots. After 4 days of hydroponics, the IC50 and IC10 of trimethasone on the fresh weight of corn were 1 7.04ng / ml and 1.37ng / ml, respectively. The trimethoprim sensitive to fresh corn root weight inhibition is high, and the linear relationship is good. The root fresh weight as an indicator of soil culture were used to determine the rapeseed field for two consecutive years with different doses of triasulfuron, crop before planting the soil of triasulfuron residues.
