会计人员管理体制是会计管理体制的重要组成部分,它是指政府有关部门或各单位对会计人员的从业资格、任职资格、专业技术资格以及会计人员的任用、考核、奖惩等办法作出规定的制度。它主要包括会计人员从业资格管理制度、总会计师制度、会计专业技术资格的认定与管理制度、会计人员继续教育制度、会计人员表彰奖励制度五个方面的内容。
