水利工程质量检测的主要内容包括施工单位自检、监理单位平行检测、法人全过程检测和完工抽检等方面,是确保工程质量的重要环节。文章结合水利部和河南省印发的一系列法规规章,分析了目前河南省水利工程质量检测的现状,提出了质量检测与管理的的重要内容,对水利工程质量检测存在的问题进行了分析,有针对性地提出了强化质量检测与控制的建议。
