Ollier病称为多发性内生软骨瘤或软骨发育障碍。Ollier病是以多发软骨包块为特征的进展性疾病,特别容易累及肢体的长和短管状骨。当存在皮肤、软组织和内脏的血管瘤时,称之为Maffucci综合征。现对我院1例Maffucci综合征误诊为Ollier病分析如下。
Ollier’s disease is known as multiple endogenous chondroma or cartilage developmental disorders. Ollier’s disease is a progressive disease characterized by multiple cartilage masses and is particularly susceptible to long and short tubular bones of the limb. When skin, soft tissue, and visceral hemangiomas are present, it is called Maffucci syndrome. One case of Maffucci syndrome misdiagnosed as Ollier’s disease in our hospital is analyzed as follows.
