Mouse L6565 leukemia is one of the experimental animal models of T-SZ experimental leukemia/lymphoma system unique to China [1]. The L6565 cell line was established by limiting dilution in the spleen cell suspension of L6565 leukemia mice in our laboratory. When the early oncogene was screened, cmyc gene was overexpressed, suggesting that cmyc may be highly expressed.
