为了把润滑油导入滑动轴承的整个摩擦面,轴瓦上须开油沟或油孔。通常,油沟不能开在油膜轴承的承载区,以免降低轴承的承载能力。但由于高速、大型旋转机械的发展,轴承的稳定性及温升问题日益突出。针对这一问题,本文就实用中一种结构简单的、轴向开有排油沟的径向滑动轴承结构,应用有限元法对其静动特性进行计算分析,得出了在油膜承载区开轴向排油沟的较佳位置。
In order to guide the lubricating oil into the entire friction surface of the bearing, the bearing bush must be opened with an oil groove or oil hole.
