目的掌握德州市医用诊断X射线机的放射防护现状。方法根据国家有关标准进行现场放射防护监测并对放射防护设施进行调查。结果德州市医用诊断X射线机房外辐射水平合格率平均水平为96.0%,市级医院、县级医院、民营医院和乡镇医院的机房外辐射防护水平合格率分别为97.8%、97.2%、94.2%及91.3%。医用诊断X射线机房防护设施仍存在比较多的问题,比如工作指示灯不亮、警示标识缺失、通风装置损失、机房面积不合格、机房内布局不合理、受检者防护用品配置不全等。结论德州市医用诊断X射线机防护情况基本良好,进一步分析表明市级医院以及县级医院明显地好于民营医院、乡镇医院的辐射防护水平,其中以乡镇医院存在的问题最多,因而本调查分析提示加强、提高及完善县级以下医疗单位的辐射防护水平,尤其是乡镇医院,将是这一领域未来工作的重点。
Objective To grasp the status of radiation protection of medical diagnostic X-ray machines in Dezhou.
