目的初步探讨哮喘易感基因CTLA4单核苷酸多态性(-318C/T、+49 A/G、-443 A/T、-658C/T、-994A/G、-1147C/T SNP位点)在深圳哮喘患儿中的基因频率和基因型频率。方法分别收集深圳地区40例哮喘患儿及正常儿童外周血标本,应用基因测序技术对-318C/T、+49 A/G、-443 A/T、-658C/T、-994 A/G、-1147C/T SNP位点进行研究,分析在深圳地区儿童中其多态性、基因频率与哮喘之间的关系。结果在哮喘组和对照组中,-318C/T、-443 A/T、-1147C/T位点多态性、基因频率无明显差异(P>0.05);+49 A/G、-658C/T、-994 A/G位点基因型及基因频率均有显著性差异。结论在深圳哮喘儿童中+49 A/G、-658C/T、-994 A/G位点多态性可能发生的频率较高,-318C/T、-443 A/T、-1147C/T位点多态性的发生频率较低。
Objective To investigate the association of the polymorphisms of CTLA4 (-318C / T, +49 A / G, -443 A / T, -658C / T, -994A / G, -1147C / T SNP) ) In Shenzhen children with asthma in the gene frequency and genotype frequency. METHODS: Peripheral blood samples were collected from 40 children with asthma and normal children in Shenzhen. The gene sequences of -318C / T, +49 A / G, -443 A / T, -658C / T, -994 A / -1147C / T SNP loci to study the relationship between polymorphism and gene frequency and asthma in children in Shenzhen. Results There was no significant difference in the frequencies of -318C / T, -443 A / T and -1147C / T between the asthma group and the control group (P> 0.05). The frequencies of +49 A / G and -658C / T, -994 A / G locus genotypes and gene frequencies were significantly different. Conclusion The frequencies of +49 A / G, -658C / T and -994 A / G polymorphisms may be higher in children with asthma in Shenzhen. The frequencies of -318C / T, -443 A / T and -1147C / T Polymorphism is less frequently occurring.
