杰克贝尔氏粉蚧(Pseudococcus jackbeardsleyi Gimpel et Miller)是一种能够危害多种经济作物、分布广泛、具有重要检疫意义的有害生物。采用强制热空气和热水对杰克贝尔氏粉蚧各虫态进行处理,并采用热动力学模型分析死亡率与加热时间的关系,以比较两种处理方式下各虫态的耐受性差异。结果表明:49℃90%RH强制热空气处理卵、1龄若虫、2龄若虫、3龄若虫和雌成虫死亡率达到99.9968%的时间(LT99.9968)分别为70.39、67.15、78.47、94.12和112.75min,耐热性随发育龄期增加而增加,雌成虫为最耐受虫态。而在49℃热水处理中,卵、1龄、2龄、3龄若虫和雌成虫的LT99.9968分别为21.67、14.10、15.45、18.67和20.26min,因此,卵耐受性最强,雌成虫耐受性与卵相近,强于其他虫态。建议49℃90%RH强制热空气处理113min和49℃热水处理22min作为杰克贝尔氏粉蚧检疫处理的技术指标。
Pseudococcus jackbeardsleyi Gimpel et Miller is a pest that can be harmful to a wide range of cash crops and is widely distributed and of significant quarantine importance. By using forced hot air and hot water treatment, the insect states of Jack beetle mealybugs were treated. The relationship between mortality and heating time was analyzed by thermokinetic model to compare the tolerability of each strain under the two treatments. The results showed that the time (99.9968%) for the hot air treatment of eggs, 1st instar nymphs, 2nd instar nymphs, 3rd instar nymphs and adult worms at 90% RH at 49 ℃ were 70.39, 67.15, 78.47, 112.75min, the heat resistance increased with the increase of the developmental age, the female adults were the most tolerant. However, in hot water treatment at 49 ℃, the LT99.9968 of eggs, 1st, 2nd, 3rd instar nymphs and female adults were 21.67, 14.10, 15.45, 18.67 and 20.26min, respectively, Adult tolerance to eggs and similar, stronger than other insect states. Proposed 49 ℃ 90% RH forced air treatment 113min and 49 ℃ hot water treatment 22min as Jack beier quarrying technical indicators.
