本文要点:1.发展乡镇工业是结束我国“二元经济”结构的客观要求;2.以集体经济为主,多种层次和多种成份并存的所有制结构是乡镇工业健康发展的重要条件;3.强化宏观间接调控机制,实现乡镇工业企业行为的正常化。
The main points of this paper are as follows: 1. The development of township industry is an objective requirement to end the structure of “dual economy” in our country. 2. The ownership structure with the multi-level and multi-component co-existence as the collective economy is an important condition for the healthy development of township industries. We will intensify the macro-and indirect regulation and control mechanism so as to normalize the behavior of industrial enterprises in villages and towns.
