电子显微镜观察鸦胆子油乳剂、油酸乳剂对小白鼠艾氏腹水癌细胞超微结构的影响,不同浓度的药物对艾氏腹水癌细胞结构有明显的破坏作用,主要为生物膜结构的破坏。大剂量时甚至可使整个细胞完全崩解。
The effects of Brucea javanica oil emulsion and oleic acid emulsion on the ultrastructure of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma cells were observed by electron microscope. Different concentration of drugs had a destructive effect on the structure of Ehrlich ascites cancer cells, which was mainly due to the destruction of biofilm structure. At high doses, the entire cell can even be completely disintegrated.
