采用偏心炉底垂直出钢技术的电炉,能否真正实现无渣出钢,与电炉的回倾速度有决定性的关系。抚钢从德国引进的50t超高功率电炉回倾速度慢,经常引起“下渣”、“跑钢”事故,每年造成经济损失百万余元。为提高电炉回倾速度,应用比例控制技术理论;对倾动液压系统进行全面分析计算,结合现场测试,提出对系统不做任何改造,不增加投资,只须用提高比例阀控制电流,加大比例阀开口度,将电炉回倾速度由原设计的1.5°/s提高到3°/s。实践证明,这是一种十分有效的方法,实现了无渣出钢。这对解决同类问题有一定的实用价值。
