目的对江南紫金牛Ardisia faberi全草的化学成分进行分离、鉴定。方法采用正相硅胶、D101大孔吸附树脂、MCI、Sephadex LH-20、C18、C8等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,并运用波谱分析的方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从江南紫金牛全草80%乙醇渗漉液的醋酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为鲍尔烯醇(1)、油酸(2)、(Z)-10-heneicosenoic acid(3)、蚱蜢酮(4)、岩白菜素(5)、mallonanoside A(6)、没食子酸乙酯(7)、落新妇苷(8)、槲皮苷(9)、百两金皂苷B(10)、ardicrenin(11)。结论化合物2、7、9、10、11是首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物3、4、6、8是首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of Ardisia faberi from Jiangnan. Methods The compounds were isolated by normal phase silica gel, D101 macroporous resin, MCI, Sephadex LH-20, C18, C8 column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral analysis. Results Eleven compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction and the n-butanol fraction of 80% ethanol percolate in the whole plant of S. indica, and were identified as baurenol (1), oleic acid (2), (4), Bergenin (5), Mallonanoside A (6), Ethyl gallate (7), Astilbin (8), Quercitrin (9) Ginsenoside B (10), ardicrenin (11). Conclusion Compounds 2, 7, 9, 10 and 11 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 3, 4, 6 and 8 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
