党的十六大明确提出,政府职能部门必须进一步转变政府职能,改进管理方式。公安机关只有顺应时代发展的要求,与时俱进、开拓创新,建设服务型的警务工作模式,才能适应新一轮改革开放和经济发展的需要,在全面建设小康社会的进程中有所作为。为此户政业务必须从方便群众出发,充分利用现代信息科技,提高办事效率和工作透明度,提高公安机关的服务水平。下面就户政办证业务的相关问题作一些探讨。
The 16th National Congress of the CPC made it clear that the government departments must further transform their government functions and improve the management style. Only in conformity with the requirements of the development of the times, the public security organs can keep pace with the times, blaze new trails and build a service-oriented police work mode so as to meet the need of a new round of reform and opening up and economic development and make a difference in building an overall well-to-do society . Therefore, the household management business must proceed from the convenience of the masses, make full use of modern information technology, enhance the efficiency of work and the transparency of work, and improve the service level of public security organs. Here are some issues related to household registration card business to make some discussion.
