卵巢癌的治疗临床上主要采用手术切除和联合化疗。近年,基因治疗成为卵巢癌治疗的最新策略,显示出了较好前景。本文以卵巢癌基因治疗的基本原理和方法为重点,对其现状与进展作一综述。
Ovarian cancer treatment is mainly used clinically and combined chemotherapy. In recent years, gene therapy has become the latest strategy for the treatment of ovarian cancer, showing a good future. This article focuses on the basic principles and methods of ovarian cancer gene therapy and reviews its status and progress.
