Recently, China Institute of Metrology (NIM) independently developed “NIM5 portable laser cooling - cesium atomic fountain time frequency benchmark ” passed the AQSIQ organized experts. It has been identified that the frequency uncertainty of the NIM5 cesium atomic fountain clock is reached
