牛皱胃阻塞是一种较为常见的皱胃疾病。患牛常因消化机能极度障碍,自体中毒和脱水的严重病理过程而死亡。目前,对于该病的治疗方法甚多,但大都不太理想。岐山县蔡家坡兽医院自1977年以来,参考李东恒所著《脾胃论》治幽门梗阻不通的“通幽汤“和治大便干燥阻塞的“润肠汤”进行加减化裁,自拟“润肠通幽汤”,试治牛皱胃阻塞,有效率达75％,现根据作者1981年在该院进行毕业实习期间收集到的18例完整病例和亲自参加治疗的2例,共20例,总结如下:
