近日,兵团党委办公厅、兵团办公厅印发《兵团实施〈党政领导干部生态环境损害责任追究办法(试行)〉细则》(以下简称《细则》),这是兵团首次对追究党政领导干部生态环境损害责任作出制度性安排,建立起党政领导干部生态环境保护问责制度,生态环境损害责任将实行终身追究制。《细则》共24条,适用于师市、团场(乡镇)党政领导成员;兵团、师市、团场(乡镇)党政有关部门及机构的领导人
