去年8月,由于集团化办学的需要,我从主城区最热门小学副校长岗位上,交流到区内最薄弱的小学之一担任校长,要在几年内,带领一所艰难生存的城郊结合部薄弱学校华丽变身,建设成为现代化、开放性、高品质的城市社区配套小学。政府过亿巨资兴建新校,教育规划学校扩容九倍,集团优质师资逐年流入,这些都是办学的有利因素。但教育绝不仅仅是外在因素的叠加,更要有内在力量的持续生长与迸发。我必须对这些问题作出回应:学校的魂在哪里?教师的梦在哪里?前进的力在哪里?发展的路在哪里?在我看来,成就学生,是教师的天职;成全教师,是校长的责任。
In August last year, due to the need of collectivized schooling, I exchanged information on the position of Vice-Chancellor of the hottest primary school in the main urban area and visited one of the weakest primary schools in the district as principal. Within a few years, I would lead a difficult combination of suburban areas Weak schools transfiguration, into a modern, open, high quality urban community primary school. The Government has billions of dollars to build a new school, the nine-fold expansion of the education planning school and the inflow of quality teachers from year to year are all favorable factors for running schools. However, education must not only be an overlay of external factors, but must continue to grow and develop within itself. I have to respond to these questions: Where is the school’s soul? Where is the teacher’s dream? Where is the progress? Where is the road to development? In my opinion, the accomplishment of students is the vocation of teachers; the teacher is the principal Responsibility.
