目前,水中总磷的测定多采用高氯酸氧化法和过硫酸盐氧化法,或紫外光氧化法,这些方法各有不足之处。本法用硝酸镁氧化、解聚水样中的无机磷和有机磷,使之转变为正磷酸盐。磷酸盐与钼酸铵形成蓝色络合物,用分光光度法比色测定样品中总磷。此法操作简便,灵敏度和精密度都好。试剂 20%的Mg(NO_3)_2溶液:将Mg(NO_3)_2·6 H_2O溶解在95%的乙醇中,配制成20%的溶液。0.1 N的HCl溶液。钼酸铵溶液。仪器分光光度计。
