不要引导领导干部当“满票干部”现在各地都在深化干部人事制度改革,进一步推进竞争上岗,加大公开选拔干部工作的力度,这是值得肯定的。但在选拔干部时要注意两个问题:一要正确处理德与才的关系。才为德之基,德为才之帅。现在选干部,容易忽视的往往是德。因此,在把握德与才的关系时,特别要注重德,把德放在首位。同时,德与才也不是抽象的,由于工作战线、事业领域的不同,德与才都应结合实际加以具体化。
