亲爱的读者,随着20世纪的脚步离我们远去,我们携手又走过了一个春秋,在新年到来的同时,我们也跨入了一个新的世纪。在这世纪转换的时刻,《军事经济研究》全体编辑人员向您致以亲切的问候!在过去的世纪里,我国军事经济理论研究始于蹒跚而终于辉煌。早在三、四十年代就掀起了第一次高潮,虽然70年代中后期处于沉寂,但到80年代就有了突飞猛进的发展。90年代,我国军事经济理论研究与实践更是进入了一个新的发展阶段。与此同时,《军事经济研究》作为本学科领域唯一的学术园地,也经历了一个起步——提高——发展的过程,到了世纪末,则以其独具的风格和特色竞秀于学刊之林,并在2000年全军首届优秀期刊评比中,被评为260余种刊物中10种优秀期刊提名奖的第一名。追寻军事经济学科发展的轨迹,回顾《军事经济研究》成长的历程,我们感慨万千。没有广大军事经济工作者的辛勤努力,就
Dear Readers, As the twentieth century steps away from us, we have gone hand in hand with another Spring and Autumn. As the New Year comes, we have also stepped into a new century. At the turn of this century, the editorial staff of the “Study on Military Economics” cordially greet you! In the past century, the study of the theory of military economy in our country began to falter and finally flourish. As early as the 1940s and 1940s, the first climax was set off. Although the middle and late 1970s were quiet, by the mid-1980s there was a rapid development. In the 1990s, the research and practice of China’s military economic theory has entered a new stage of development. At the same time, as the only academic field in this field of study, “military economic research” has also undergone a process of starting-up-developing. By the end of the century, however, it has displayed its unique style and characteristics in the academic journal Lin, and in 2000 the army’s first outstanding periodicals appraisal, was named 260 kinds of publications in 10 outstanding journals nomination award first place.
