随着社会的进步,国家对安全的重视程度在不断加大,对煤矿企业的安全状态的要求在逐步提升,煤矿企业为了具备可靠的安全生产环境,装备的投入是关健。在新的这一特定的历史条件下如何加强机电管理,成为安全生产的必要条件和基础。“出炭不出炭,关键在机电”。通过对煤矿企业在机电管理方面存在的问题进行了全面的分析与论述,提出了提高矿山机电管理水平的措施。
