肾小球肾炎的治疗至今无重大突破，关键在于对这类疾病尚缺乏足够认识。随着现代免疫学进展，已认识到此类疾病主要与免疫调节异常有关，对其发病机制也正逐步阐明。相应的免疫治疗方法可望使这类疾病的治疗有长足的进展。本文从阻断肾小球肾炎的损害性介质，对肾内细胞在损伤中参与作用的相应措施以及调整免疫系统紊乱等三方面对这类疾病的免疫学治疗作一展望。
There is no major breakthrough in the treatment of glomerulonephritis so far. The crux lies in the lack of adequate understanding of such diseases. With the progress of modern immunology, it has been recognized that such diseases are mainly related to abnormalities in immune regulation, and their pathogenesis is also gradually clarified. The corresponding immunotherapy is expected to make great progress in the treatment of such diseases. This article looks at the immunological treatment of these diseases from three aspects: the damaging media that blocks glomerulonephritis, the corresponding measures that kidney cells play a part in the injury, and the adjustment of immune system disorders.
