长期以来,煤矿较少进行安全投资与企业效益的研究。虽然我们的现代安全科学有了长足发展,可是由于安全生产的基础较差,理论基础力量还很薄弱,因此仍然不如环境科学等相关学科来说发展地迅速。现对煤炭企业安全投资的现状,基于经济学分析了安全投资与企业经济效益间的关系,总结了影响安全投资的因素。最后文章提出了建立煤炭企业安全投资长效机制的对策及建议,具有一定的理论意义和指导价值。
For a long time, coal mine safety investment and less business research. Although our modern science of safety has made great strides, it is still not as rapid as related disciplines such as environmental science because of its poor foundation for safety production and weak theoretical foundations. Now the status of coal enterprise safety investment, based on economics analysis of the relationship between safety investment and business economic benefits, summed up the factors that affect the safety of investment. The last article put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for establishing long-term mechanism of safety investment in coal enterprises, which has certain theoretical significance and guiding value.
