患者女 ,30岁 ,因发热、四肢关节疼痛半个月 ,伴时有抽搐 5天 ,于 1999年 6月 2 4日入院。半月前患者无明显诱因发热 ,四肢关节疼痛 ,出现皮下结节 ,口腔溃疡。应用青霉素及中药治疗 ,病情好转。 5天来癫痫大发作 2次。既往有反复口腔溃疡史 2年 ,无癫痫病史。查体 :T38℃ ,一
