作为一名教师,不仅要巩固和提高学生在课堂上所学的知识,及时发现和培养有数学天赋和潜质的学生;还要从多种渠道掌握各类学生的反馈信息,及时发现、反馈教育和教学中的优势与不足,并及时不断地加以改进、提高,使他们能够身心健康地发展,学习成绩不断进步。要激发他们的学习兴趣,提高他们的学习能力,帮助他们逐步养成较好的生活和行为习惯。这对于教师促进自身的数学教育和教学水平也起到了很好的作用。
