通过饮水加氟（Ｆ５０ｍｇ／Ｌ）或／和加硒（Ｓｅ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ）的方法，研究了硒对氟在大鼠体内蓄积、排泄的影响。结果表明饮水加氟可使大鼠血清氟、骨氟含量及尿氟排泄量显著增加；饮水同时加硒可显著降低氟中毒大鼠血清氟含量，但对大鼠骨氟含量、尿氟排泄量无显著影响。
