报告应用冷冻保存的角膜，行板层角膜移植的动物实验及临床应用结果。对4只家兔应用冷冻保存3个月的角膜行板层角膜移植，术后3个月取兔角膜行光镜及电镜检查，发现植片与植床愈合良好，上皮层次清楚。临床应用15例病人，原发病均控制，植片透明愈合，无一例发生感染。
Report the application of cryopreservation of cornea, animal experiments and clinical application of lamellar keratoplasty. The corneal lamellar keratoplasty was performed in 4 rabbits for 3 months. After 3 months, the cornea was examined by light microscope and electron microscope. The results showed that the graft and the implantation bed healed well and the epithelial level was clear. Clinical application of 15 patients, the primary disease are controlled, transparent healed graft, no case of infection.
