新闻敏感是记者素质的核心。传统理论多从新闻学的角度研究新闻敏感；本文旨在从心理学视角对其进行探析。通过比较学术界几种常见和尚存争议的观点，指出这几种观点的融合性特征；并且进一步阐述了新闻敏感产生过程中感知与思维，直觉与实践，人格与感知、思维之间的辩证关系，综合探讨了新闻敏感的心理发生机制，尤其是人格、动机等非智力因素对新闻敏感的制约，进而指出培养新闻敏感的途径及关键所在。
News sensitivity is the core of journalists’ qualities. Traditional theories mostly study news sensitivity from the perspective of journalism. This article aims to probe into it from the perspective of psychology. Through the comparison of several common and controversial views in academia, this paper points out the characteristics of the fusion of these views; and further elaborates the dialectic between perception and thinking, intuition and practice, personality and perception, and thinking in the process of news sensitive production The relationship between news sensitive psychological mechanism, especially the non-intellectual factors such as personality and motivation, which are sensitive to news, and then point out the key ways to cultivate news sensitive.
