While promoting the flow of factors and stimulating the economic growth of a country, international trade has also exacerbated the demand for domestic energy resources. Energy implicit in international trade flows globally with the import and export of products. Based on the data from multinuclear input-output model and world input-output database, this paper estimates the implied energy of China’s foreign trade in 2011 and examines the global flow of implicit energy in China. The results show that based on the implicit perspective, in 2011 China’s net exports implied to reach 602060000 tons of standard coal, has become a net exporter of implicit energy, China’s production of 11.84% of the energy consumed by exports to meet other countries Of the consumer needs, of which exports to the United States implied the most, accounting for 18.84% of China’s implicit exports.
