班级文化建设在班级管理中起着至关重要的作用。班级文化是班级师生共同创造的精神财富,是校园文化的重要组成部分,也是形成班集体凝聚力和良好班风的必备条件。班级文化建设不但能有效地调动学生的学习与实践的兴趣,更重要的是能使学生形成良好的品德,塑造积极向上的班级精神,以良好的文化氛围感染学生,促进学生健康成长。
Class culture construction plays a crucial role in class management. Class culture is the spiritual wealth jointly created by class teachers and students and an important part of campus culture. It is also a prerequisite for the formation of class cohesion and good class work style. The construction of class culture can not only effectively arouse students' interest in learning and practice, but more importantly enable students to form good moral character, create positive and progressive class spirit, infect students with a good cultural atmosphere and promote the healthy growth of students.
