为了对比新型碳/铝复合材料和传统的铝合金活塞材料ZL105的性能差异,对组织成分、导热性、热膨胀性、摩擦磨损性和室温压缩性进行了分析。结果表明:新型碳/铝复合材料含碳量多达53.3%,相比ZL105,导热性相当,热膨胀系数降低66%,摩擦系数减少50%,密度减少20%,室温抗压强度达到240 MPa。综合以上数据,表明该新型碳/铝复合材料的热膨胀小、耐磨性好、质量轻,是一种理想的活塞材料。
In order to compare the performance differences between the new carbon / aluminum composite material and the traditional aluminum alloy piston material ZL105, the composition, thermal conductivity, thermal expansion, friction and wear and room temperature compressibility were analyzed. The results show that the carbon content of the new carbon / aluminum composites is as high as 53.3%. Compared with ZL105, the thermal conductivity is equivalent, the thermal expansion coefficient decreases 66%, the friction coefficient decreases 50%, the density decreases 20% and the room temperature compressive strength reaches 240 MPa. The above data show that the new carbon / aluminum composite materials, small thermal expansion, good wear resistance, light weight, is an ideal piston material.
