近年来,随着体育教学改革的不断深入,分层教学成为教学过程中的热门话题,并在学校篮球教学实践中得以广泛应用。篮球教学中的分层教学思路主要是针对学生个体身体素质、心理素质、其他综合素质等各方面的差异,在具体情境中去分析问题,根据学生的实际基础展开教学,促进学生德、智、体、美各方面不断发展和完善的实践过程。从这些年分层教学模式在高校篮球教学中的实践来看,分层教学模式的应用在很大程度上对学生的个性发展起到了积极的推动作用,但在教学过程中也不可避免地走进了按能力分组教学的误区,给学生的身心健康造成了一定的损害。因此,本文针对学校篮球教学中分层教学存在的这些问题,提出一些可行性建议及优化策略,以供参考。
