2015年是我市“上水平”活动的第七年,活动主题是“助小微、促创新、促创业”。按照市委、市政府部署,“一助两促”工作与推进科技创新、推进万企转型升级和推进经济结构调整紧密结合,突出问题导向,重点解决中小微企业的融资难题,完善中小微企业融资服务体系,发挥金融促进实体经济发展重要作用,增加中小微企业的流动资金贷款和技术改造贷款,进而推动小微企业健康发展。
