国际电报电话咨询委员会(CCITT)实验室工作组会议和第XII研究组(电话传输质量)会议,分别于1979年6月19—22日和6月25—29日,在日内瓦国际电信联盟总部举行。 中国电信主管部门——邮电部,派遣以邮电部第一研究所所长舟人为组长的中国电信专家组(共七人)参加了会议。有二十二个国家,六十多名代表到会,提出了正式文稿四十余篇,迟到文稿二十八篇,临时文件五十多篇。
International Telegraph and Telephone Consultative Committee (CCITT) Laboratory Working Group Meeting and Study Group XII (Quality of Telephony) meetings were held at headquarters of the International Telecommunication Union, Geneva, from 19 to 22 June and from 25 to 29 June 1979, respectively . The competent department of telecommunications in China, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, dispatched a group of China Telecom experts (including a total of seven) led by Zhou Ren, director of the first institute of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, to attend the meeting. In twenty-two countries, more than 60 delegates attended the meeting, presented more than 40 official documents, delivered 28 late-writing documents and over 50 temporary documents.
