为深化基础教育课程教学改革,江苏省先行启动建设31个普通高中省级课程基地,笔者在谋划基地建设方案时,对课改有了一些新的感悟和构想。第一,推进地理课改向内涵深入,必须强化教师文化自觉意识。课改阻力多源自教师内心长期固守的偏狭的课程理念,即仅把课程教学当作一种工具,停留于内容、方法和技术更新,忽略理念、价值和人的发展等重大问题;仅把课程教学当作传承文化的载体,忽视了创新和发展。
In order to deepen the teaching reform of basic education curriculum, Jiangsu Province initiated the construction of 31 general high school provincial-level curriculum bases. When I plan the base construction program, I have some new insights and ideas on curriculum reform. First, to promote the deepening of the connotation of geography curriculum reform, we must strengthen the consciousness of teachers’ culture. The resistance to curriculum reform stems from the narrow curriculum concept that the teachers are sticking to their hearts for a long time. That is to say, they only use curriculum teaching as a tool, staying on the content, methods and technology updates, neglecting major issues such as ideas, values and human development. Curriculum teaching as a carrier of heritage culture, ignoring the innovation and development.
