为了促进真正意义上的国际间工程技术人员构的流动与交流,我国必须尽快争取加入“国际间人才资源共享俱乐部”,充分借鉴国际上的工程师资格认证机构的运行机制,建立我国工程技术人员的“工程师资格认证平台”。
In order to promote the flow and exchange of the international engineering and technical personnel in the real sense, our country must strive to join the “International Talent Resource Sharing Club” as soon as possible and make full use of the operating mechanism of the international qualification certification body to set up the Chinese engineering and technical personnel “Engineer Certification Platform.”
