企业中的党建工作是企业工作的重要组成部分。党的建设包括思想建设、组织建设和作风建设等内容。中国共产党是中国特色社会主义现代化事业的领导核心,在企业当中同样应当进行思想领导、政治领导和组织领导。将党的工作搞好对其他工作都有着十分重要的模范带头作用和指导意义,加强党的建设对企业文化自然具有十分重要的影响,本文就加强企业党建工作对企业文化的影响进行了简要分析。
