脂肪组织工程中构建的组织块体积较小,主要与所构建的脂肪组织中新生血管生成不充分有关.脂肪组织是人体组织中血管分布最丰富的组织,每一个脂肪细胞都被丰富的毛细血管网所围绕,因此如何有效构建血管化组织工程脂肪成为再生医学的热点问题.脂肪组织工程三要素:种子细胞;与种子细胞具有良好生物相容性的三维支架和调控脂肪组织生长的微环境.本文拟就调控脂肪组织生长的微环境来分析影响构建血管化组织工程脂肪的因素.“,”The construction of adipose tissue is small in Adipose tissue engineering, mainly because the neovascularization is not sufficient. Adipose tissue has the most abundant distribution of blood vessel in the whole human body that each fat cell are surrounded by a rich capillary network, so how to effectively build vascularized tissue in adipose tissue engineering has become a hot issue in regenerative medicine. Adipose tissue engineering has three elements: seed cells, the three-dimensional scaffold with the good histocompatibility and the microenvironment which regulate the growth of adipose tissue. This article intends to analyze the factors that affect the construction of vascularized adipose tissue by the analyzing of microenvironment that regulates the growth of adipose tissue.
