患者女,16岁,诊断为慢性血吸虫病,于1987年2月8日入院治疗。既往无哮喘和药物过敏史。体检未发现阳性体征。吡喹酮总量按50mg/kg体重计算为2.2g一天二次等服。当第一次服后1h,从头皮开始出现搔痒,继之出现斑丘疹。由于头昏、头痛、精神不振即卧床休息,1h后呼吸困难、全身性皮疹、面部灼热感和潮红、眼面部轻微浮肿。体检:体温37.3℃,呼吸29次/min,脉搏105次/min,全身皮疹,无发绀,面部、口唇有轻微浮
