目的研究苍耳(Xanthium sibiricum Patr.ex Widd.)带总苞果实的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、半制备高效液相色谱法等手段进行成分分离,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱学分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从苍耳子的乙醇提取物中分离得到7个已知化合物,分别鉴定为胡萝卜苷(1)、反丁烯二酸乙酯(2)、绿原酸甲酯(3)、苍耳子噻嗪双酮苷(4)、3′,4′-去二磺酸基苍术苷(5)、羧基苍术苷(6)、4′-甲氧基异黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)。结论化合物2、5、6、7均为首次从苍耳子中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the fruit of the genus Xanthium sibiricum Patr. Ex Widd. Methods The constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, ODS column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structures of the compounds were identified by their physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Seven known compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Xanthium sibiricum and identified as daucosterol (1), fumaric acid methyl ester (3), Xanthium sibiricum (4), 3 ’, 4’-disulfonated atractyloside (5), atractyloside (6), 4’-methoxyisoflavone-7-O-β-D- Glucoside (7). Conclusion Compounds 2,5,6,7 were isolated from Xanthium sibiricum for the first time.
