我国经济发展城乡差距显著,推进学前教育普及过程中凸显出普及质量不高、普及率低下等问题。与发达国家相比,我国的学前教育普及水平还比较落后,农村区域学前教育普及水平要落后城镇很多,县域之间学前教育普及水平差距明显。目前,在推进普及学前教育过程中面临的主要问题有农村学前教育普及水平落后、普及学前教育路径不畅、政府主导作用发挥不够、学前教育基础建设不足几个方面。本文就推动学前教育普及重点及难点进行分析,并提出针对性的对策建议,以从根本上破解学前教育发展的“瓶颈”问题。
The significant gap between urban and rural areas in economic development in our country highlights the problems of poor popularization quality and low popularization rate in promoting popularization of pre-school education. Compared with developed countries, the level of popularization of preschool education in our country is still relatively backward. The popularization level of pre-school education in rural areas is much lower than that in developed countries. There is a significant gap in the popularization of preschool education among counties. At present, the main problems in promoting the popularization of pre-primary education include: the popularization of pre-school education in rural areas lags behind; the poor popularization of pre-school education; the insufficient leading role of government; and the lack of pre-primary education infrastructure. This article analyzes the key points and difficulties in promoting pre-primary education and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to fundamentally solve the “bottleneck” problem in the development of preschool education.
