目的观察益气活血复方配合西药治疗经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA)后的临床疗效及术后再狭窄情况。方法将40例PTCA成功的冠心病患者,随机分为治疗组20例、对照组20例。对照组予西药常规治疗;治疗组予西药常规用药加益气活血复方中药治疗。疗程3个月,随访半年。对患者服药后的临床症状、心电图、心绞痛发生率、血液流变学指标及术后再狭窄发生率进行观察。结果在改善临床症状、改善心肌缺血程度、减少心绞痛发生、减少再狭窄发生率方面,治疗组和对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论益气活血复方能提高治疗PTCA术后的临床疗效、防治PTCA术后再狭窄。
Objective To observe the clinical effects and the restenosis after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) of Yiqi Huoxue compound with western medicine. Methods Forty PTCA patients with coronary artery disease were randomly divided into treatment group (20 cases) and control group (20 cases). The control group was routinely treated with western medicine. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine plus traditional Chinese medicine plus qi and activating blood circulation. Treatment for 3 months, followed up for six months. After taking the patient’s clinical symptoms, ECG, angina pectoris, hemorheological indicators and the incidence of postoperative restenosis were observed. Results There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group (P <0.05) in improving the clinical symptoms, improving the degree of myocardial ischemia, reducing angina pectoris and reducing the incidence of restenosis. Conclusion Yiqihuoxue Compound can improve the clinical efficacy after PTCA and prevent and treat restenosis after PTCA.
