对由取向硅钢薄带的磁感和织构实测数据计算其单晶磁感系数进行了探讨.提出了一个基于准确评估实测磁性数据可信程度及拟合织构数据的计算方法.指出多晶X射线衍射技术测算的织构系数不宜直接用于取向硅钢磁性计算,应以拟合织构系数取代.
The magnetic susceptibility and texture measurement data of oriented silicon steel strip were calculated to calculate the single crystal magnetic susceptibility coefficient.A calculation method based on the accurate evaluation of the measured magnetic data credibility and the fitting texture data was proposed.It was pointed out that polycrystalline X-ray diffraction measurement of texture coefficient should not be directly used for magnetic calculation of oriented silicon steel, should be replaced by the fitting texture coefficient.
