采用感应加热法对天然鳞片石墨进行提纯,通过扫描电子显微镜和X射线荧光散射分析仪对提纯前后石墨中杂质进行了分析,并讨论了硅质杂质的反应动力学。结果表明:提纯后石墨纯度达到99.92%,且保留原有的鳞片状结构;硅质杂质的去除有利于石墨纯度的提高。
The natural flake graphite was purified by induction heating. The impurities in the graphite before and after purification were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray fluorescence scattering analyzer. The reaction kinetics of siliceous impurities was also discussed. The results showed that the purity of graphite reached 99.92% after purification, and the original scale-like structure was retained. The removal of siliceous impurities was beneficial to the improvement of graphite purity.
