钢丝网水泥闸门橡皮止水一般用锚固法固定。但施工复杂,且锚固螺栓易锈蚀损坏,修复困难,引起橡皮脱落,影响止水效果。 1976年5月,江苏省水利工程总队试验室用氯丁橡胶粘结剂与自配的几种环氧粘结剂,进行橡皮与混凝土的粘结试验。结果见表。试验结果表明,环氧铝粉粘合剂的各项力学性能最好。1976~1977年,先后在金湖县唐港示塘、闵桥、塔集等涵闸工程,宝应湖农场大冶闸试用环氧铝粉粘合剂,粘贴效果良好。宝应湖农场大冶闸钢丝网水泥平板闸门,宽4.33米,高4.0米。底部为15厘米厚木止水。
